Recommended for individuals who are interested in walking or moderate jogging. Your weight limit should not exceed 250 lbs. Maximum height depends on whether you will use the Smooth 5.65 treadmill for walking for jogging. Walkers up to 6'1" should be comfortable with the 55" belt. Joggers up to 5'11" should find the belt length reasonable.
