Maternity Care Coalition was founded in 1980 by professionals and lay people concerned with the appalling rate of infant mortality and morbidity in Philadelphia. MCC advocated for increased services for women and infants to health and welfare agencies and legislative bodies.
Pat Croce and his family have been involved with the Maternity Care Coalition for the past seven years. It all started with his wife Diane and her passion to help make a difference as an honorary chair. Each year they participate in a variety of fundraisers, including their largest, the Mother’s Day Campaign raising money in excess of $200,000.
