Long Life - Less Noise
The Smooth 9.3 comes with a 2-Ply, 100% Polyester low
friction sole backing with Black PVC non-slip beam top
- The Burell-Leder belt, is produced by the third largest
textile company in the world.
The
black PVC top is laminated onto spun polyester. The
whisper-weave construction creates less friction, therefore
less noise than normal mono-filament polyester belts
found on most other treadmills.
20
degree seamless diagonally fused belt - Fused at
an angle to lessen noise as the belt travels over each
roller. If the belt is fused straight across the width,
you would hear a loud thump each time the belt went
over the roller.
Pre-lubricated
with silicon - Each belt is pre-lubricated with
a silicon and wax mix to lessen noise and avoid high-amp
draw, creating longer life for the belt and the motor
controller.
