The quality is exceptional, the stability is wonderful, the quietness is impressive and the price is very hard to beat. We especially like the Speed and Incline switches on the handrails. It makes it so much easier to adjust.

The warranty is equal to anything on the market. In fact, we had a need just recently for a minor adjustment that was covered under the warranty. I was very impressed with the speed of service and the knowledge of the serviceperson. Another confirmation that we made the correct decision to purchase a Smooth Treadmill.

Finally, let me say one last thing to anyone reading this. After evaluating several different brands of treadmills and dealing with retail store personnel, there is absolutely no better treadmill available today for the money. We consider that by purchasing the Smooth 9.2HRC we saved anywhere between $800-$1000 for a comparable treadmill.
