Motivation Mojo > 10 Commandments |

| Back to main |
When my first company Sports Physical Therapists began, I was focused on providing the absolute best customer service possible. I did what I suspected was the right thing to do – be nice to people, be positive, be proactive, be prompt, etc.
At first, it was all just instinct. Then, little by little, the actions and postures and tone of our service philosophy began to take shape. Eventually, we came up with ten standard principles of language, action, and attitude that were to become our virtual playbook.
We called our principles the “Ten Commandments of Customer Service.” And I have found over the years that you can apply them to any business or in any industry, as well as your personal life, to create an atmosphere of success.
Feel free to make them yours… |

| In 1993, our service commandments help propel Sports Physical Therapists become a top-ten finalist for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. And they also help shape our company into a prime candidate for acquisition from the national medical companies. -- PC |
